Clothes can be washed and ironed by the House Keeper upon request.

Parking is provided for up to six cars on the grounds in front of the Guest House for free.

Broadband wireless service is available in each of the rooms and is free of charge.

Railway services
Sutton mainline train station is 7 minutes walk. Direct services to Victoria and London Bridge are available – a journey time by fast train: 25 minutes.

There are also services to Wimbledon.

Bus services
A Hail and Ride service operates along the road in front of the house for Sutton train station and other
destinations.
